The Journal of Latin American Geriatric Medicine is the official journal of the Colegio Nacional de Medicina Geriátrica, CONAMEGER is an official scientific journal of the Federación Mexicana de Radiología e Imagen, AC, being the latter the journal’s main funding source.

The journal firmly supports the open access initiative and does not charge authors for production or publishing of their manuscripts. All works published in the journal are open for readers without charge under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
